Patchnotes:
*Level cap is now m29.
Elite Drop rate increased x3 of default rate. (Modded: Transcending Charm, Andown 1, Andown 2 and Colgu Ticket monsters.)
Herbmaster can now craft the Crystal Calabash (Elite). (Purple Jade craft had to go out so this update could happen.)
Added Battle Crystals to the Battle Box at very low chance, use them to craft the new Elite Calabash.
